On Jan. 14, Isabella Garcia exits the Eagle and High Peak Mines museum getting a fresh breath of air. In Julian, California, the Eagle Mining Company offers tours into the mines. This was a unique experience for Garcia as she had the opportunity to learn about the mining history of Julian.
