On May. 15, the Bonita Vista High (BVH) Barons boys' varsity baseball team took on the Helix High School (HHS) Highlanders in a seven inning nailbiter, ending in a 2-3 loss. The BVH team is visibly excited after they score the game tying run in the bottom of the sixth.

A new development
On May. 2, the Bonita Vista High (BVH) Barons boys' varsity baseball team took on the Otay Ranch High (ORH) Mustangs in a twelve inning battle, ending in a 3-2 victory. BVH shortstop and senior Luis Sosa (6) celebrates after the Barons take down the Mustangs in order to end the top half of the inning.

Barons fall to the Titans
On April 19, Pickwick club advisor Raymond Chhan sorts the books donated by students for the Pickwick club book drive. Throughout the month of April students and staff donate books to drop off boxes in teacher's classrooms, like Chhan's. The books will be donated to the San Diego Literacy Council, a non-profit organization that also supports and advocates for literacy for all.

On Mar. 7, the Bonita Vista High (BVH) track and field team had their first meet of the season against Montgomery High School (MHS). BVH boy's high jumper and junior Dakarrai Roberson goes up for his last attempt of the meet.
