I am a senior at Bonita Vista High and this is my first year as a staff member of the Crusader. I am excited to be one of this year’s Sports Editor. I joined the Crusader because I wanted to try something new. I did not want to let my golden year of high school go by without doing anything exciting and fresh. I was looking for something I was passionate about so I was thrilled to find out about the Crusader. It is so important even for the relatively small community of Bonita Vista High, to have access to information around the community, hear opinions and perspectives from excellent students, boldly pursue news that the public deserves to hear and hold people in power accountable. I am an IB diploma candidate, member of the Quizbowl team and a varsity member of the tennis team.
