On March 7. during lunch in room 406, members of the astrology club raise their hands as the Founder and President of the astrology club, and junior Estela Krivoshia asks the question, “how many of you are libras?” Meanwhile, Vice President and junior Jessica Engen, and Treasurer and junior Zalia Jacob look around the room to see all the hands raised.
Mindfulness comes in many ways and can be performed through many activities. Mindfulness can help with understanding ones thoughts and and helps control how they want to feel.
