I am a sophomore at Bonita Vista High and this is my second year as a staff member of the Crusader. Last year, I was an A&C copy editor for the first semester and an A&C section editor for the second semester. This year, I am a News Editor. Major contributing factors as to why I joined Newspaper are the importance of advocacy and the ability journalists are given to educate on key issues, trends and events within the community and beyond. This year I look forward to pursuing my passion for journalism because I enjoy engaging with our community and being aware of my surroundings and the events at our school.
