Lauralai Gilbert, Managing Editor

Hello, I am a senior at BVH and this is my fourth year as part of the Crusader staff. I am currently the Managing editor and was previously a News Editor, Staff Artist and Photographer as well. I initially joined the Crusader to provide a voice to the voiceless, expand my writing skills, and develop my photography and artistic skills. Journalism also provides me with useful experiences to advance my social skills and to assist me with envisioning and executing strategies. Outside of the Crusader, I take part in the Baron Buddy and Youth for Sustainability club. Additionally, I am an Offense player for the Reapers Lacrosse club outside of school and for Bonita Vista High’s girls’ varsity lacrosse team.

Fun Fact: I am an identical twin and I enjoy numerous artistic hobbies
